Health, Psychology, Theology
I believe almost anyone can agree that some of the more influential topics of life are health, psychology, and theology. Taking from the dictionary, health is a person’s mental or physical condition, psychology is the mental characteristics or attitude of a person or group, and theology the study of the nature of God and religious belief. These three topics are the foundation of our lives as we live by them, with them, and through them, and oftentimes they ebb and flow throughout a lifetime. However, they vary greatly from person to person.
This section of my blog is dedicated to my perspective of health, psychology, and theology. I will be giving insights into my theological viewpoints, my psychology’s opinions and beliefs on psychology and mental health, and tips on different healthy or unhealthy aspects of diet, routine, bodies, thought-processes, and lifestyles.
